Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you wish to request a refund or exchange from Auto Vogue , the product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a detailed letter explaining the reason for the return, along with your contact information. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that refunds will not be processed if the item is not returned in its original condition. A 15% handling fee applies to all returned or exchanged items, regardless of the reason. Items must remain unopened in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase.

Important: Electrical items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

For online orders, we use a checklist system to inspect and package your items, ensuring they are free from damage and include all components. Auto Vogue will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items. Please send returns to:

If you need to cancel an online order, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation occurs before shipping. For items that have already been shipped, you must return them at your own expense within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund, excluding shipping fees. If the product is found to be factory damaged, Auto Vogue will issue a full refund, which will be processed once the goods are returned, typically within 10-15 days.

Should it be necessary, items may be sent back to the supplier for further inspection to determine the return or refund policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This process may take up to 10-15 days. All items are carefully inspected and packaged according to the order specifications.
